The Lord Works in Mysterious Ways

Just when you think you have the next year planned out, God changes it for the better. A job offer popped up within the last week for Robby that seemed to be perfect. After meeting with a specific school and interviewing, Robby already felt hired. We, of course, thought Robby was lined up for a great job at Munford but God had other plans. Robby had been feeling a bit uncomfortable there the past month or so and we did not know why. Was it Satan trying to make him nervous about the move or did God have something else in store? Well, he definitely had other things in store. Robby was offered a job yesterday at FACS to be their head varsity baseball coach and assistant football coach. The peace we feel with this new job is just tremendous and we can see the Lord's hand on it since he was thinking about leaving Briarcrest. Robby mentioned to me that if he were still at Briarcrest, he would have never even thought about applying for this job. So, maybe the Lord led him to Munford for a short time only to have this job lined up for him. Whatever the case, we are very excited! FACS is a christian school, a little smaller than Briarcrest. It is also literally 2 minutes from our house----which is on the market, but we will be taking it off.
