Food, fun, fellowship and all with the best friends we could have!! We love having our annual class trip to the lake. There are so many memories made and we had many new couples come this year! The newlywed game was won by the Lindsays--yes you heard it right! The ones who usually fight over their answers won this year! Our boat and jetskis were in the shop but the Lord provided and we rented a boat and had some friends give us two jetskis for the weekend! We spent Saturday on the lake; swimming, tubing, jetskiing, skiing! It was great. On our way in for the day, Bryan and Jerry decided to swim from the marina to our dock; not too long of a swim but long enough for me!
Saturday night we got Chef Williams to cook our steaks! Yummy! Saturday night held a great couples devotion led by the Robbins with some awesome cards on how to pray for your spouse. Sunday we had breakfast and another devotion led by the Wages! We got into the love languages and had a challenge for the week that we had to do according to what our spouse's love language was. Well, can you guess what my spouse's love language is??? Physical touch, so I made him a poem and promised him a massage one night during the week. My love language is ----receiving gifts!! I got an Old Navy giftcard and a skor bar (my favorite candy bar!) My love tank was full!
